Prices

The prices published in the 4webs online store are expressed in Euros. All prices include VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products offered for sale in the 4webs online store.

Offers on products for sale in the 4webs online store will be shown in the “Offers” section or indicated on the product page and, unless otherwise stated, will remain valid while they are displayed on the website.
Discount vouchers will be subject to specific validity periods and conditions of use. Please check the details of each voucher before using it.

All prices are valid except in the event of typographical errors or automatic system errors. In the event that a product is sold at a zero price or below its actual value, 4webs reserves the right not to process or ship such order.

The existence of a “certain price” constitutes an essential element of a sales contract (art. 1445 of the Spanish Civil Code), without which no valid contract of sale can exist. As established in art. 1450 of the Spanish Civil Code: “The sale shall be perfected between buyer and seller and shall be binding on both, if they have agreed on the object of the contract and on the price.” Consequently, no valid and effective sales contract exists between the parties when there is no price or when the price is zero (“sine pretio nulla venditio est” or “without a price, there is no sale”).

Product

The offers presented by the 4webs online store are valid within the limits of available stock and during the periods established for each offer. The 4webs online store reserves the right to modify its product assortment according to availability and supplier-related constraints.

User Registration

Browsing the store and adding products to the shopping cart does not require prior registration. However, to complete a purchase, user registration is required. We will request personal data to create your customer account, which will be protected in accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data. Only persons over 18 years of age may register.

With your user account, you may make purchases and benefit from discounts, promotions, and special offers available to our customers.

Through your account, you may review your order history and details, manage shipping addresses, payment methods, discount vouchers, and more.

Purchasing Process

To purchase from the 4webs online store, users must be registered and over 18 years of age.

Add the desired products to your shopping cart and then click “Confirm” to proceed with the purchase. You will be asked to provide a shipping address and a billing address (the same address may be used for both).

You will then be asked to select a shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address, the total weight of the order, and the selected delivery time (standard or express).
